Our checkout page is encrypted for your security. To make sure that you are logged in to our secure website look for the ‘s’ in “https” in your browser URL.
We use ssl to encrypt the information you send at checkout. Our side bar lists our ssl certificate, our certified domain certificate, and paypal verified site seal.

Payments
At this time we only accept payments through paypal for security reasons. Your billing information will be processed on their secure server. All private information collected at checkout is for shipping purposes only and will not be shared or sold.
Credit Cards
You can now use paypal to make credit card payments. You will be directed to enter your credit card information on the secure paypal website.
Lingerie of the Month Club Subscriptions
Can I use my discount coupon to make my monthly subscription cheaper?
Our lingerie of the month club is so heavily discounted already our storewide coupons are not applicable. We’ve very sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
Mailing
Subscriptions are for the next month. For example if you join in November you will receive your first shipment in mid December.
Billing
Subscriptions are charged monthly on the same day of the month that you joined.
Can I change my size?
You may change your size at any time for the next month’s shipment. Please contact us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We’re very sorry but due to the intimate nature of these products and the fact that we make special orders from our suppliers we are unable to accept returns. If you are unsure of what size to get please consult our size charts or contact us with your questions.
Shipping
Costs
Shipping is just $5 to anywhere in the USA! All orders of $100 or more receive free shipping.
*Note: some items do not ship to PO Boxes please check the listing before ordering. At this time there is no notification so please check your items carefully if you are shipping to a PO Box, a military address, or Puerto Rico.

Billing
Your credit card will be billed by “Autumn Legend LLC” our parent company. Please note that we must declare items on shipments to Canada or other international locations. We ship items in plain packaging.
Our international shipments have been cancelled for now. If you would are interested in placing an order but live in another country please let us know that you’re interested.
Shipping Time
Items ship in 2-3 business days after payment clears. You will receive a tracking number when your package ships. Most items arrive within one week.
Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Military Addresses may take longer to arrive.
Customs
Customs and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The contents of your package must be listed on any and all customs forms. Customs may delay the delivery of your package.
Shipping to Military Addresses
Military Shipment Information
Please select eligible items and follow the guidelines below to ship to a military address. Military address are administered through the US Post Office; if a package can be shipped to a PO Box is it eligible to be shipped to a military address.

Addressing
When entering a city enter APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office). For the state enter AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). Enter the zip code provided by the Military. For the country: select United States regardless of where the person is stationed.

Tracking
Track Your Package
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships sent to the email address you listed when placing your order. If you need us to resend this email please contact us with your order number.
Backorders
Backorders will be Shipped When They Become Available
We try our best but sometimes we run out of a particular item. If this happens we will contact you immediately. We can place your item on backorder and it will ship separately when the item is back in stock at not additional charge or you can request a refund for that item. If we do not receive a response your item will automatically be placed on backorder and shipped when in stock.
Returns and Claims
Returns
We take the utmost care when packaging our products however if you do receive a defective item please contact us with your email address, the order number, the name of the product, and the nature of the defect or damage within 5 days of receipt.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Item Eligibility
We accept returns on defective items for a replacement item. If it looks like your package was damaged in transit see next section.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any items that cover an intimate area. This includes panties, bras, and other articles that cover intimate areas.
All other items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact within 10 days of receipt. You must contact
If Your Item was Damaged in Transit
If your item has been damaged in transit you must file a claim with the shipping company at the time of receipt. Do not open it! You cannot file a claim on a package that has already been opened. Talk to the delivery driver to file a claim or bring the package to their nearest shipping center.
If Your Item Never Arrives
Please call your local post office most packages can be located.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bikinis, thongs, g-strings, panties, underwear, bras, corsets, bustiers, and any items that cover intimate areas for sanitary reasons. It is the law! Please check sizing carefully and if you have any questions contact us!
